Thom Grigal, Client Relations Manager

As Client Relations Manager at Vacca Family Law Group, Thom guides and supports clients as they take their first steps toward a better future. Thom’s consultative and empathetic approach and his passion for building long-lasting professional relationships enable him to provide clients with excellent and compassionate service. 

Thom’s career in ‘service’ began in the military while serving 4 years in the U.S. Navy aboard the nuclear fast attack submarine, USS Hammerhead (SSN-663). Following his naval service, Thom graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1998 with a B.A. in Education. He furthered his education at the Golf Academy of the Carolinas where he earned his A.S. in Business Development and Marketing.

His communication skills and unparalleled ability to deeply understand the concerns of the firm’s clients allow him to identify and present practical solutions to reach their goals.
