Intake Coordinator – Remote

We seek a detail-oriented, personable, and empathetic Intake Coordinator who is resilient and self-motivated to join our team.
Job Responsibilities & Expectations To Include
- Identify qualified leads by asking questions designed to speak to the ideal client, target correct legal issues, gauge urgency/motivation, and determine potential conflict of interest
- Schedule qualified leads for introductory sales calls with the Client Relations Manager and ensure all information is given to the Client Relations Manager for a successful sales consult
- Initiate pre-engagement glide-path with materials for all prospects scheduled for sales calls to foster a sense of excitement and urgency about engaging with the firm
- Update firm’s databases, reports, or spreadsheets to track incoming calls, qualified leads, scheduled consultations, referred sources, and other key metrics
- Improve the show up rate for potential clients showing up to sales calls
- Ensure all who contact the firm are better off whether through a scheduled sales call, a referral to an appropriate firm or other contact, or sharing free resources produced by the firm
- Prepare engagement agreements and follow up to ensure prospects sign the agreement and make the agreed upon payment
- Follow up with leads who don’t schedule sales calls, potential clients who don’t appear for sales calls or don’t retain firm after sales call to keep the door open for their potential return
Required Background & Skills
- Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
- Prior customer service experience with an enjoyment for delivering a stellar client experience
- Experience with a CRM, particularly data tracking and reporting, required
- An understanding of how to accommodate high-net worth clients and be empathetic towards clients in stressful and emotional situations
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working with sophisticated individuals in a customer service capacity
- Prior experience at a law firm or a professional services firm preferred
- Real life experience & a few “battle scars” to give you empathy and understanding is an asset
- Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life, so you know at your core that others can do it too

Compensation
$40,000 – 50,000 / Annually + Bonus
The compensation rate for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $40,000 – 50,000 annually plus performance bonuses.
